Trail Notes Along this route, you can see many of the original government houses built for Bureau of Reclamation project managers and field engineers. The houses along Colorado Street on the north side were built by the Bureau of Reclamation between 1931 and 1932 to house field and office engineers working on the Boulder Canyon Project.
