Trail Notes Park at the trailhead and access the start of this trail using the paved Shadow Canyon Access Trail. The Park Peak Loop Trail goes to the top of Park Peak and continues in a loop. Use a section of the Trail 101 to complete a loop. It appears the trail ends just before the summit but it does not, the trail continues as a boulder scramble and connects to the trail on the other side. This is a highly scenic route with sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley from the summit of Park Peak. You also get excellent views of the volcanic peaks that make up the South McCullough Mountain Range.
