Trail Notes The out-and-back route follows the Las Vegas Wash for about one mile to a bluff above the wash. There are outstanding views of the Wash, the Muddy Mountains to the north and the Fortification Hill and the Wilson Range to the east. This is a wonderful trail for those who like sweeping desert vistas and fascinating geology. There are textbook geologic formations along the route.
